Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor in Monee, IL. The role focuses on guiding the non-exempt team, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires strong communication, forklift and safety capabilities, and knowledge of WMS/Supply Chain systems. On-site role with competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with preferred Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Knowledge of multiple WMS/Supply Chain systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and coordination of daily non-exempt Inventory Control activities.
• Monitor accuracy of inventory and shrink against service levels.
• Maintain documentation for regulatory and customer audits.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and fair work environment for associates.
• Conduct performance reviews, development plans, and succession plans.
