Job summary

Insight is seeking an Inventory Specialist W2 for our Hanover Park, IL office. This onsite role supports cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and data maintenance, with a 12:00 pm–8:30 pm shift and a $24.15 hourly rate.

You will research distribution errors, provide credit return numbers when warranted, resolve variances, and ensure accurate warehouse master data. Qualifications include a high school diploma, strong math, Excel proficiency, and WMS experience; forklift experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong researching and problem-solving skills with a solid math background.
• Typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with a WMS system is a must; forklift experience required.
• Ability to communicate in English to perform essential duties.

Responsibilities

• Count product daily according to a count schedule.
• Analyze counts for variances and perform bin to bin movements if needed.
• Research remaining variances for shipping, receiving, locating, etc.
• Block missing product and adjust counts to maintain smooth product flow.
