Job summary

Rocket Lab Corporation seeks a Senior Inventory Coordinator to manage inbound goods, inventory accuracy, and kit fulfillment at our Middle River, MD facility. You will oversee FIFO processes, Kanban material flow, and cycle counting to support production for Electron and Neutron programs.

Required is a high school diploma with 2+ years in inventory roles, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of MRP/ERP systems. Competitive base pay and extensive benefits accompany this onsite role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least 2 years of related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive inwards goods, maintain FIFO processing per SOPs.
• Ensure on-time delivery of components and production kits per plans.
• Maintain Kanban material flow and stock accuracy on the shop floor.
• Participate in daily cycle counting and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Support orderly stock movements and data reflected in LN/ERP.
