Job summary

Stryker Portage is seeking an Inventory Associate to perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy across plant areas. You'll investigate discrepancies, conduct root-cause analysis, and ensure records in the ERP are precise and up to date.

The role is onsite with a 6:00am–2:30pm schedule, OT as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required, with prior inventory or manufacturing experience preferred. Travel is not required, and a bonus and benefits are available.

• Experience in inventory management and cycle counts.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and reconcile with ERP data.
• Investigate discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain accurate ERP inventory records and research issues.
• Review purchase orders and related documentation.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and traceability.
• Support ECO part exchanges and handle damaged materials.
