Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a Field Inventory Associate to plan, schedule and monitor inbound materials, ensuring accurate inventory records and audit readiness. You will coordinate material movement with purchasing, production and engineering, and prepare specifications for new contract orders.

Key duties include receiving, storing, issuing materials, performing cycle counts, maintaining ERP documentation, and ensuring proper storage and locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant field experience in inventory or materials handling.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record required.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Access; ERP system experience helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, issue, and distribute materials per requisitions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, reports and audit-ready metrics.
• Prepare and review purchase orders, requisitions and ERP documentation.
• Verify inventory through counts, investigate discrepancies, and submit adjustments.
• Maintain proper storage, locations and sign Customer Consignment forms where applicable.
• Perform cycle counts across locations and coordinate with field teams.
