Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with precise detail and follow-up reporting.
• 1-3 years’ experience in inventory, distribution and/or operations would be beneficial.
• Prior experience in Inventory Control, Quality, or Audit Service would be beneficial although not required.
• Able to effectively communicate issues through written and oral means.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of and processing cycle counts as directed in accordance with KPI requirements.
• Recommend ways to improve inventory control function.
• Audit applications and processes to ensure data integrity.
• Analyze existing business processes and logic that impact inventory throughout the company through observation and user interaction.
• Understand material processes during duties and identify risks and offer solutions.
• Multitask and work independently with precise detail and follow-up reporting.
• Meet performance expectations with limited supervision in line with IC department standards.
• Maintain excellent verbal and written communication.
• Perform multiple counts per day in line with inventory control requirements.
