Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Cycle Count Analyst to maintain inventory accuracy at the plant by performing cycle counts, researching discrepancies, and processing adjustments in Oracle. You will work with Accounting, Production Planning and Inventory Control to identify root causes and support audits and physical inventories.

This onsite role requires high school diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle, forklift certification, and strong analytical and communication skills to report

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; inventory control, warehousing, accounting, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle software applications.
• Current forklift license required when operating powered material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts of materials in stock and compare physical quantities against inventory records.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, verify findings, and process required inventory adjustments in Oracle.
• Verify inventory computations against physical stock counts and report causes of discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory discrepancy reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Lead plant physical inventory counts conducted every third year, including coordination and reconciliation.
• Support corporate audits of the Cycle Count program and provide documentation as requested.
