Job summary

Romac Industries in Goodyear, AZ is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to keep our inventory accurate by researching discrepancies, performing cycle counts in Oracle ERP, and correcting issues. You’ll contribute to process improvements with guidance from the Plant Manager and support shipping and production teams.

You’ll bring 1+ year manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication to ensure timely, accurate material

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and make corrections in Oracle ERP system.
• Perform cycle counts using Oracle Manufacturing module.
• Analyze production procedures, and investigate and recommend process improvements to increase inventory accuracy.
• Assist with managing annual physical inventory count and support shipping with locating missing products.
