Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Cycle Count Analyst to support inventory accuracy across the plant by performing daily cycle counts, researching discrepancies, and processing adjustments in Oracle. You will collaborate with Accounting, Production Planning, and Inventory Control to identify root causes and assist with audits and physical inventories.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related inventory control, warehousing, accounting, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers and decimals.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence, inventory records, and reports.
• Ability to communicate inventory findings effectively in one-on-one and small-group settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle software applications.
• Current forklift license required when operating powered material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts of materials in stock and compare physical quantities against inventory records.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, verify findings, and process required inventory adjustments in Oracle.
• Verify inventory computations against physical stock counts and research or report the causes of discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory discrepancy reports and communicate findings to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Serve as backup for entering internal inventory moves within the plant.
• Lead plant physical inventory counts conducted every third year, including count coordination and reconciliation.
• Follow all applicable safety, quality, accounting, and inventory control procedures.
