Job summary

Regal Rexnord is hiring a Cycle Count Analyst to support inventory accuracy across the plant. You will perform daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and process adjustments in Oracle while coordinating with Accounting, Production Planning, and Inventory Control.

The role requires high school diploma, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft Office. Onsite role with standard safety protocols and potential for audits and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related inventory control, warehousing, accounting, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers and decimals.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence, inventory records, and reports.
• Ability to communicate inventory findings effectively in one-on-one and small-group settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts of materials in stock and compare physical quantities against inventory records.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, verify findings, and process required inventory adjustments in Oracle.
• Verify inventory computations against physical stock counts and research or report the causes of discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory discrepancy reports and communicate findings to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Serve as backup for entering internal inventory moves within the plant.
• Assist Production Planning and Inventory Control with inventory that cannot be located for released jobs by locating parts or correcting Rack-on-Hand records.
