Job summary

Clarios in St. Joseph, MO is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to manage daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate material transactions onsite at the St. Joseph Distribution Center.

The role reports to the Production Control Manager within Manufacturing Operations and emphasizes inventory accuracy and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency with Excel/Word/Outlook, and be willing to obtain

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and determine root causes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to become certified and safely operate a scissor lift as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts of production components and inventory locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis, and implement or recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Receiving, Operations, Offsite Warehouse, and Suppliers to ensure accurate and timely material transactions.
• Perform receiving functions and tracking of inbound inventory.
• Perform inventory reconciliations and resolve inventory variances in a timely manner.
