Job summary

KEG 1 Missouri in Earth City, MO is seeking an Inventory Analyst for on-site work from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Tuesday through Saturday. You will track inventory accuracy, identify aged products, address over/under supply items, and ensure the product database stays current.

You will help coordinate end-of-month counts, weekly cycle counts, and related reporting to support efficient warehouse operations and supplier coordination.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of inventory or accounting experience with the ability to accurately collect data.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the discipline to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce and communicate weekly inventory reports for assigned suppliers.
• Forecast 12-15 suppliers weekly and submit accurate purchase orders.
• Attend weekly inventory meetings and coordinate end-of-month counts.
• Complete daily cycle counts and provide inventory inquiries support.
• Reschedule inbound deliveries and act as a warehouse SME.
