Job summary

SSM Health in Missouri seeks an inventory management professional to ensure adequate stock levels and coordinate with suppliers. The role is fully onsite at Lake Saint Louis facilities and supports DePaul and St. Joseph’s Lake St. Louis Hospitals.

Primary duties include cycle counts, vendor meetings, training on barcode scanning and SAP usage, and coordinating freight. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience.
• One year of experience in a relevant role.

Responsibilities

• Manages cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure proper inventory control.
• Manages quantity blocked invoices.
• Chairs weekly vendor and manufacturer back order management meetings.
• Provides WiFi bar-code scanner training and maintenance.
• Provides SAP system training.
• Coordinates freight transportation.
• Provides customer service and support to all internal customers.
• Responds, dispositions and acts upon RASMAS recall alerts and notification.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
