Civil Recruit is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Control Clerk I for the Tempe Milk Plant, onsite five days a week, 8 am to 4 pm. You will manage purchasing activity, track orders, monitor stock levels, and support procurement processes to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; procurement education is a plus.
• Experience with purchasing or procurement in manufacturing or production environments preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance and operational supplies to keep stock at optimal levels.
• Forecast material needs for preventive maintenance in compliance with standards.
• Assist in managing facility service contracts and align with company policies.
• Prepare reports on purchasing activities, costs, and vendor performance.
• Support administrative tasks related to procurement, facility management, and compliance.
