Job summary

IONNA is seeking a highly organized and analytical Inventory Analyst to maintain end-to-end visibility of service parts and inventory supporting our nationwide EV charging network. You will track parts through their lifecycle, manage on-hand stock, RMAs, repairs, replenishment, and coordinate with vendors and field teams to meet service-level objectives.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in inventory management, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to drive process improvements

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inventory management, supply chain, or related roles.
• Experience tracking inventory across multiple locations or vendors.
• Knowledge of inventory lifecycle stages: stock, allocation, deployment, returns, RMA, replenishment, repair, and disposition.

Responsibilities

• Track parts across their complete lifecycle, including on-hand inventory, field deployment, RMA, repair, replenishment, and return to stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory status within designated systems.
• Coordinate timely use, transfer, return, repair, or disposition of parts to minimize inactive or unavailable inventory.
• Monitor status definitions and escalation triggers to meet SLAs.
