IONNA is seeking a highly organized and analytical Inventory Analyst to maintain accurate, end-to-end visibility of service parts and critical inventory supporting IONNA’s nationwide EV charging network.
This role will track parts throughout their complete lifecycle, including on-hand inventory, forward stocking locations, field deployment, return merchandise authorization (RMA), repair, retrofit, replenishment, warranty claims, and return to available stock. The Inventory Analyst will monitor the time each part remains in a particular status, identify delays or exceptions, and coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure inventory progresses through its lifecycle within applicable service-level requirements.
The Inventory Analyst will also analyze consumption and demand patterns, recommend changes to inventory levels as the network scales, maintain forward stocking strategies across the country, coordinate upgrades and retrofits to keep parts aligned with current EVSE product generations, and execute time-sensitive shipments to and from the field.
Ensure the right parts are available at the right place and time to support IONNA’s growing charging network.
Inventory Lifecycle Management
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented inventory professional who understands that inventory accuracy directly affects charger uptime, maintenance response, field productivity, cost, and the customer experience.
They are comfortable working at the transaction level while also recognizing broader patterns in demand, aging, failure rates, replenishment, and vendor performance. They do not simply report that a part is delayed. They identify why it is delayed, determine who owns the next action, and drive the part toward its appropriate next lifecycle stage.
This individual is proactive, analytical, and comfortable tracking internal and external performance. They understand the importance of reliable system data, disciplined inventory controls, and timely communication. They have a bias for action and are motivated by building scalable processes that can support IONNA’s continued nationwide growth.
