Job summary

vallenext is seeking an Integrated Supply Site Manager to lead on-site teams at a customer location, driving program growth and day-to-day activities to ensure profitable relationships aligned with vallenext's goals.

The role requires staff leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to identify cost-saving manufacturing applications while maintaining excellent customer service and contractual adherence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of supply chain management experience in wholesale or industrial distribution.
• Preferred 2+ years of staff management with proven leadership.
• Strong ability to develop and cultivate customer relationships.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify cost-saving manufacturing applications.
• Financial acumen and ability to interpret profit and loss statements.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and capacity to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to onsite customer teams delivering Integrated Supply solutions.
• Manage P&L and ensure site meets budgeted goals.
• Drive contractual customer commitments and KPI achievements.
• Demonstrate urgency in customer service to external and internal customers.
• Ensure timely payment from customers according to terms.
