Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance coverage accurately and efficiently
• Support collections efforts and help address patient financial responsibilities appropriately
• Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and internal departments to resolve insurance-related issues
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and procedures
• Participate in Emergency Department on-call rotation twice per month and work some holidays as needed
