This is an onsite position at Ascension Dell Seton Medical Center - University of Texas.

Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

As our Insurance Verification Specialist, you will help ensure accurate insurance verification, support collections efforts, and contribute to a positive financial experience for patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Every day you will verify insurance coverage, communicate with patients, payers, and internal teams, and manage multiple accounts while maintaining accuracy and timeliness. To thrive in this role, you must be detail-oriented, adaptable, organized, and able to work effectively under pressure while managing changing priorities.

Here’s what you will experience working as an Insurance Verification Specialist:

• Verify patient insurance coverage accurately and efficiently
• Support collections efforts and help address patient financial responsibilities appropriately

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $16.12 - $23.21 per hour. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
