Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking an Insurance Operations Coordinator to provide essential administrative and financial support for daily insurance administration processes, including cost tracking, month-end accruals, and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. The role serves as the main liaison for risk management and insurance claims, especially for catastrophic events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 11–15 years of experience in administrative financial support, record maintenance, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project management teams on procurement activities, including purchase order creation, requisition processing, and full procure-to-pay support.
• Track insurance-related costs and execute month-end accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure proper accounting methodology and compliance with company policy.
• Lead financial tracking, reporting, and analysis for business services operations.
• Support and oversee master data creation and maintenance to ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Coordinate with project managers, site personnel, finance, and business management to prepare and distribute memos required under financing agreements.
• Facilitate executive signature processes for required documentation.
• Maintain organized financial data and insurance tracking systems.
• Monitor and validate all insurance-related cost flows and provide cost analysis to insurance providers.
• Manage discussions and claims processing using PALMS between risk management and insurance adjusters.
