• Maintain master data and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with project managers, site personnel, finance, and business management to prepare financing memos.
• Facilitate executive signature processes for required documents.
• Maintain organized financial data and insurance tracking systems.
• Monitor and validate all insurance-related cost flows.
• Provide cost analysis to insurance providers.
