Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Business Services Tech-Level 1 – Associate to support cost management and internal controls. The role involves clerical and administrative duties, data compilation, and financial reporting in a detail‑oriented environment.

You will create purchase orders, process cycles, support the Jira service desk, and assist with accounts payable while collaborating with Engineering, Operations, IT, and other teams.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 0–5 years in administrative support, financial reporting or clerical roles; 1–2 years in Procurement or Accounts Payable.
• Skills: understanding of Procurement and Accounting; strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Orders with focus on content and risk mitigation.
• Process Work Cycles and MR 11 transactions.
• Support the Jira service desk and perform month-end activities.
• Resolve vendor issues and handle urgent requests.
• Communicate with peers, customers, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Business Management, IT, Accounts Payable, and Integrated Supply Chain.
• Maintain SOX compliance and procedures.
• Retrieve and compile data for financial reports including budget, variance, and cost tracking.
• Assist with accounts payable activities as needed.
• Participate in special projects and assignments.
