Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Five years instrumentation and controls experience, with at least three in an industrial environment.
• Trade/technical school education may count toward experience.
• Proficiency in PLC wiring and maintenance/repair capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electronic instrumentation and thermoelectric elements across pressure, flow, gas chromatograph, and pH measurement systems.
• Calibrate temperature and pressure devices to NIST requirements and maintain complete calibration records.
• Own preventive maintenance schedules and logs; keep systems audit-ready.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality for material qualification/testing and audits.
• Coordinate area activities with the central maintenance shop to minimize downtime.
• Work hands-on with wire, pneumatic tubing, fittings, valves, controllers, sensors, process equipment involving acids and chemicals, and PLCs.
