Under moderate supervision, you will coordinate delivery and installation, manage paperwork, and monitor permits, warranties, and customer feedback to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with one year of assembly or clerical experience.
• Equivalent education/experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery and installation of products at customer sites.
• Keep management informed on deliveries, shortages, backorders, and complaints.
• Obtain permits and ensure they are inspected and signed off.
• Track warranty accounts and handle claims and customer concerns.
