• High school diploma or GED with one year of assembly or clerical experience, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the installation, paperwork, and repairs for the Installation department under moderate supervision.
• Coordinates delivery and installation of products at customer sites.
• Ensures customer complaints are handled in a timely manner.
• Obtains building permits and ensures all local permits are obtained, inspected and signed off.
• Tracks warranty accounts, handles claims and resolves customer complaints.
