• Visits job sites to ensure quality and on-time completion.
• Communicates with clients to ensure satisfaction and suggests improvements to supervisors.
• Reviews orders and schedules to determine required resources for timely delivery.
• Reviews reports to resolve issues and minimize costs and delays.
• Develops and revises standard working practices and monitors compliance.
