Job summary

Eagle Fence Distributing, LLC, a leading nationwide fencing products distributor, seeks an Inside Sales Representative in Charlotte, NC. In-person position supporting the local branch with responsibilities spanning order processing, quotes, and customer onboarding.

You will build productive relationships, respond to inquiries, and assist with growth while training in our fencing products. A base plus commission structure is offered with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle; drug screen required.
• Strong customer relationship skills and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of Eagle Fence products.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Provide quotes with pricing and availability.
• Manage orders to meet delivery schedules.
• Assist sales team and help increase customer retention.
• Troubleshoot with cross-functional teams to boost satisfaction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite; learn proprietary programs.
