Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies in Pasco, WA is seeking a full-time customer service representative to support our sales team and customers in a fast-paced, onsite environment. You will handle inquiries, quotes, orders, and sourcing parts while contributing to a team-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 6+ months customer service or inside sales experience.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, bearings, or power transmission is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; general mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing, including expediting and returns.
• Source parts for customers and assist in generating sales.
• Help in the stockroom and deliver orders to customers as needed.
