TE Connectivity plc in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Manufacturing & Process Development Engineer II focusing on Injection Molding. Based onsite in Fuquay-Varina, you will develop, optimize, and sustain molding processes, lead lean initiatives, and support NPI and sustaining engineering efforts.

Ideal candidates have hands-on molding experience, 3+ years in manufacturing engineering, and strong problem-solving and project management skills. Travel ~10–25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Prior experience with injection molding and related processes.
• Knowledge of process troubleshooting, statistics, and root cause methods.
• Strong project management and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and sustain injection molding manufacturing processes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean & Six Sigma.
• Support mold qualification, process capability studies, and new product launches.
• Manage capital projects from concept to production.
