Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field or four years' IT infrastructure experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and manage servers, storage, applications, and VoIP systems for data centers.
• Analyze and resolve problems escalated from help desk or monitoring tools.
• Provide day-to-day support for infrastructure, applications, and technical processes.
• Design and deploy infrastructure, applications, and enhancements.
• Monitor network performance and resolve outages in a timely manner.
• Maintain storage, servers, applications, and backups for optimal performance.
• Maintain security updates and security appliances.
• Create and update documentation on system configuration and procedures.
• Assist with vendor engagements and with help desk support as needed.
