You will monitor, manage, and triage changes to IT infrastructure, handle routine issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable operations.

The role requires 5+ years of infrastructure experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and flexibility to support 24/7 on-call rotation if needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, report, collaborate, and triage changes to IT infrastructure within established processes.
• Address low-complexity infrastructure problems and implement routine changes.
• Provide basic infrastructure support to deliver functionality for a defined portion of a technology stack.
• Support multi-functional business infrastructure needs.
• Interact with business partners on tactical issues and with suppliers as needed.

Aquent Studios is looking for onsite Infrastructure Support to work at one of its top clients in the manufacturing/technology space.

About the Job

Infrastructure Support personnel:

• Is responsible for monitoring, managing, reporting, collaborating, and triaging of changes to the information technology infrastructure within established processes.
• Works on low complexity infrastructure problems; routine changes and improvements to existing processes, with review.
• Provides infrastructure support at a basic level to deliver functionality on a defined portion of a single infrastructure technology.
• Delivers infrastructure technology for multi-functional business
• May have some interaction with functional business partners on tactical issues and limited contact with suppliers.

Skill Set Requirements

5+ years of experience required for the following skills set:

• Experience with the following Infrastructure support activities: monitoring (primary responsibility), managing, reporting, collaborating, and triaging of changes to the information technology infrastructure within established processes
• Experience in infrastructure and application domain functions
• Practical experience in monitoring and managing, event, change and incident management
• Must be able to perform and apply information analysis to resolve infrastructure problems.
• Demonstrated experience with identifying, analyzing, selecting, and applying (with guidance) the appropriate new information technology infrastructure components within a diverse environment as required to support strategic business plans and processes.
• Experience with working in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible and able to support Oncall if needed , 24O7 work rotation as needed

NOTE: Candidates who just have basic support desk experience are not a good fit. They MUST have demonstrated experience with infrastructure support to be considered for this role.
