Job summary

LTM is seeking an Onsite Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager in Bloomington, Illinois. This critical role focuses on end-to-end service delivery, managing relationships with customer stakeholders, and ensuring operational stability across various infrastructure services.

The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of IT Infrastructure experience, with substantial service delivery responsibility, and will lead onsite transitions effectively while maintaining service quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT Infrastructure experience with 5+ years in Service Delivery / SDM roles.
• Strong experience managing Infrastructure Services: Service Desk, TOC, and EUC.
• Proven experience in large-scale transitions (KT, Shadow, Reverse Shadow).
• Prior onsite customer-facing role experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service delivery for Infrastructure towers.
• Lead onsite transition execution and ensure SLA adherence.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Act as primary onsite face for Infrastructure services.
