Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in a technical field (CS/IT/Engineering)
• 2+ years in IT infrastructure, service delivery, or site support
• Experience with IT service management practices (ITIL) preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure service delivery aligned with global, regional, and local plans
• Coordinate site infrastructure services across Towers and providers
• Oversee onsite and remote external service providers and resources
• Engage with business stakeholders to align IT services with site needs
• Drive continuous service improvements and strategy for the site
• Ensure compliance with local/global standards and security practices
• Lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate multi‑site activities
• Assist in change management and adoption of new services/tools
