Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and 10+ years of experience or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.
• Experience sustaining cybersecurity compliance per DCSA/JSIG/RMF guidance.
• Familiarity with NISPOM regulations and gov‑security processes.
• Past leadership or program management roles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IAM Level III certification as required by DoDD 8140/8570.
• Complete DCSA and Collins training within six months of appointment.
• Oversee security posture for assigned systems and sites.
• Coordinate with CS Manager, ISO, and DT on action plans.
• Engage with DCSA SCA/ISSP on authorizations and new technologies.
• Develop site POAMs to identify weaknesses and corrective actions.
