Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) for 100% onsite work in McKinney, Texas. The candidate will lead cybersecurity compliance, assessment, and operations for CIS under CAGE control and coordinate RMF/JSIG activities with DoD requirements.

Responsibilities include A&A, continuous monitoring, security policy enforcement, and SME representation with external counterparts. A minimum 8 years of related experience and IAM Level III certification are expected.

Qualifications

• Typically a University Degree or equivalent experience plus 8 years of relevant work, or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years.
• Experience with DCSA JSIG RMF and DAAPM guidelines for compliance and certification processes.
• Strong leadership or program management experience and familiarity with security policies and controls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IAM Level III certification as required for DoD 8570 alignment.
• Oversee RMF/JSIG compliance and A&A activities for CIS at the site.
• Coordinate with DCSA SCA/ISSP and internal stakeholders on authorizations and remediation actions.
• Develop and maintain POAMs to identify weaknesses and timelines for corrective actions.
