Job summary

Hargrove and Associates, Inc seeks an experienced Planner to manage planning and scheduling for heavy industrial projects on-site in La Porte, TX. You will forecast construction activities, monitor costs, and support estimating efforts with a detail-oriented approach.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating, with proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and MS Office. Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and analysis for contract packages to forecast construction activities.
• Develop, monitor and update schedules from meetings, field verifications, and interviews.
• Understand Earned Value and Project Productivity.
• Monitor and maintain change notice/change order management.
• Facilitate weekly change notice hearings and change committee meetings.
• Assist in planning, scheduling and project controls deliverables.
