Actalent is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a large-scale industrial and energy infrastructure project in Orangeville, Utah. This onsite, full-time role offers collaboration with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to keep schedules, procurement, and documentation moving smoothly from planning through completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field OR equivalent construction experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination activities.
• Track project schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
• Support the management of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate communication between office staff, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Maintain organized project files, reports, and records.
• Assist with project cost tracking, budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate material deliveries and help monitor procurement activities.
• Attend project meetings and document action items.
• Support project closeout activities and turnover documentation.
