Job summary

Advance Tank and Construction is seeking a Site Coordinator to support field-based project execution at customer sites. You will coordinate with the Project Manager, client reps, ATC personnel, and subcontractors to ensure work is properly planned, sequenced, communicated, and executed.

The ideal candidate has a strong construction/field operations background with experience coordinating multiple crews, and familiarity with Petrochemical facilities is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude, open to learning and growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication with client reps and teams.
• Experience using Microsoft Office; able to make forms, spreadsheets, and basic technical writing.
• Able to create project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar tools.
• Minimum of 4 years in Construction or Manufacturing; degree in CM or Engineering.
• Must pass post-hire physical and substance abuse testing when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with the client.
• Meet client representatives regularly to discuss work, priorities, schedule, and site needs.
• Understand client schedule and interface ATC activities with other contractors.
• Prepare accurate daily reports with activities, accomplishments, challenges, and safety observations.
• Ensure timesheets and project/site documentation are completed per ATC requirements.
• Assist PM with developing and maintaining project schedules.
• Monitor progress against schedule and communicate changes or delays to the PM.
• Learn safety, operations, and construction of welded metal plate structures with the Field Superintendent.
• Capable of climbing to heights of 160 feet and using fall protection equipment.
