Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings in Brownsville, TN is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate maintenance and repair of production and facility equipment. You will lead the maintenance team, develop preventive maintenance plans, and ensure safety and compliance in a fully onsite role.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in manufacturing maintenance, reads hydraulics and electrical prints, and holds a high school diploma with trade schooling preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; trade school certification preferred.
• 2 to 5 years’ maintenance experience with prior leadership roles in manufacturing.
• Ability to read hydraulics and electrical prints.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
• Lean manufacturing and CMMS experience are a plus.
• On-site role with ability to handle overtime and on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance staff and supervise in absence of Maintenance Manager.
• Plan preventative maintenance schedules for production equipment.
• Estimate materials and activities for repairs and upkeep.
• Generate and track maintenance work orders; ensure timely completion.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance across the team.
• Assist in coordinating resources for repairs and downtime reductions.
