You will assume supervisory duties in the absence of the Maintenance Manager and lead maintenance staff to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification preferred.
• 2–5 years of maintenance experience with prior leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to read hydraulics and electrical prints; forklift license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance employees and supervise in the absence of the Maintenance Manager.
• Evaluate activities and materials for equipment repair and plan resources.
• Establish preventative maintenance schedules and ensure adherence.
• Generate maintenance work orders and track status of open orders.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance; maintain a safe work environment.
