Westlake Pipe & Fittings in Brownsville, TN is seeking an Operator - Lead to support and coordinate day-to-day management of operators, ensuring safe work practices, quality products, and inventory control within the injection molding area.

You will schedule and assign personnel, enforce 5S and quality standards, complete shift reports, and communicate across shifts to maintain production goals. A High School Diploma and manufacturing leadership are required; AX ERP knowledge is preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Knowledge of Molder Operator functions, expectations, practices and policies.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and assign personnel to meet daily workload.
• Ensure shift start staffing and 5S compliance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper labeling.
• Communicate status across shifts and document shift reports.
