Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings in Brownsville, TN, is seeking an Operator - Lead to support day-to-day management of mold operators, ensure safe practices, and maintain product quality and inventory in assigned area.

You will lead shift start-up, assign tasks, track work orders, enforce 5S, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with Injection Molding Supervisor. A High School Diploma and manufacturing leadership experience are required; benefits start Day 1.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Molder Operator functions and policies.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Fill start-of-shift Molder Operator assignments.
• Assign tasks based on daily workload.
• Maintain 5S and conduct routine audits.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper labeling.
