You will lead cross-functional improvements, analyze performance, and help create a safer, more efficient workplace. Responsibilities include optimizing schedules, driving waste reduction, and mentoring production teams while ensuring safety, quality, and operational

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field highly preferred, but not required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Minimum 1-2 years plus in a supervisory role.
• Experience with ERP environments and planning in database tools required.
• Financial modeling and analysis using Microsoft Excel; proficiency with Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily production performance by planning, prioritizing, and optimizing manufacturing schedules to meet production, quality, and delivery goals.
• Analyze workflows and production processes to identify bottlenecks and implement throughput improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase productivity.
• Ensure operational readiness by partnering with maintenance to keep equipment running safely and reliably.
• Lead and develop production teams, providing training and feedback to foster growth and engagement.
• Maintain safety and operational excellence through clear communication and goal alignment.
• Monitor production metrics and investigate defects to meet customer expectations.
