Qualifications

• Progress toward Tier 1 technical knowledge and skills.

• Prior experience in healthcare supply chain or hospital operations preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install PAR Excellence hardware and software ensuring proper operation of solutions.
• Provide technology implementation and support for customer accounts.
• Provide product training for hardware and software.
• Work with Technical Support to resolve on-site issues.
• Assist with system configuration data to support installation and functionality.
• Support training activities for new Specialists under senior guidance.
