Job summary

PAR Excellence Systems in Tampa is seeking an Implementation Specialist I to support onsite installations, deliver customer training, and build foundational technical skills under guidance. This entry-level role emphasizes accuracy, professionalism, and strong customer service as you progress toward independent execution.

You will install hardware and software, provide account support, train users, and collaborate with Technical Support while traveling extensively (about 75%) to client sites

Qualifications

• Progress toward Tier 1 technical knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Install PAR Excellence hardware and software ensuring proper operation.
• Provide technology implementation and support for customer accounts.
• Provide product training for hardware and software.
• Collaborate with Technical Support to resolve issues on-site.
• Assist with system configuration data for accurate installation and functionality.
• Support training activities for new Specialists under guidance of senior staff.
