Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of IT support, hardware deployment, or desktop services.
• Experience with PC procurement and vendor coordination is a plus.
• Familiarity with imaging tools and Windows deployment.

Responsibilities

• PC Quoting & Procurement Support: Gather requirements and prepare quotes for standard PC configurations.
• Receiving & Inventory Management: Track, receive, and process incoming hardware shipments.
• PC Imaging & Deployment: Perform standard imaging of PCs using company tools and configurations.
• Imaging Software & Process Management: Manage imaging software and deployment tools; drive automation.
• Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with departments to align imaging schedules and deployments.
