• Address multiple inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Direct IBOs to resources and online tools for information.
• Maintain current knowledge of ACN products and services.
• Provide accurate information about policies and procedures.
• Identify and resolve issues related to policies and compensation plans.
• Offer technical assistance and locate information using online tools.
• Complete all necessary forms and documentation accurately.
• Review root causes of inquiries to drive resolution.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments.
