Responsibilities

• Call handling: Answer an average of 50 incoming calls from IBOs per day.
• Live chat monitoring: Respond to live chat requests efficiently and accurately.
• Customer interaction: Address multiple inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Resource guidance: Direct IBOs to resources and online tools.
• Product knowledge: Maintain current knowledge of ACN products and services.
• Inquiry response: Provide accurate details about ACN products, policies, and procedures.
• Issue resolution: Identify and resolve policy or compensation plan issues.
• Technical assistance: Help locate information using online tools.
• Documentation: Complete forms and documentation accurately.
• Root cause analysis: Determine root causes of inquiries to drive resolution.
• Team collaboration: Work with team and other departments to improve support.
