Vogrinc Search Group seeks a Litigation Legal Assistant in Baton Rouge to support attorneys in a primarily on-site, full-time role blending administrative tasks with substantive paralegal work. The successful candidate will manage pleadings, calendars, discovery, and document productions for state and federal cases, while coordinating with clients, courts, and experts.

A strong background in litigation processes and excellent organization are essential, with a paralegal certificate or degree

Formación

• 3+ years of litigation support experience in a law firm.
• Working knowledge of Louisiana state and federal court rules and e-filing (PACER/CM-ECF).
• Strong technical skills: Microsoft Office, document management systems, and e-discovery platforms.
• Excellent organization and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Polished written and verbal communication.
• Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, format, and e-file pleadings, motions, and correspondence in state and federal courts
• Maintain attorney calendars, court deadlines, and docketing
• Assist with discovery, including organizing and managing large document productions
• Prepare deposition, hearing, and trial materials and exhibits
• Track case documents such as contracts, change orders, and project records
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and experts
• Manage timekeeping, billing support, and expense reporting
• Handle general administrative support for multiple attorneys
