Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation support experience in a law firm.
• Working knowledge of Louisiana state and federal court rules and e-filing (PACER/CM-ECF).
• Strong technical skills: Microsoft Office, document management systems, and e-discovery platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, and e-file pleadings, motions, and correspondence in state and federal courts.
• Maintain attorney calendars, court deadlines, and docketing.
• Assist with discovery, including organizing and managing large document productions.
• Prepare deposition, hearing, and trial materials and exhibits.
• Track case documents such as contracts, change orders, and project records.
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and experts.
• Manage timekeeping, billing support, and expense reporting.
• Handle general administrative support for multiple attorneys.
